You got into the business of coaching and consulting to help people. The trouble is that most of the clients you seem to find can’t afford to pay you. So, while you have the skills to help someone improve their life, business and career, you really aren’t making enough money to pay the bills.
I know exactly where you’re coming from. It can be frustrating. Is this hitting a sore point?
Even the greatest guru’s of today haven’t been able to unlock the secret to moving people from rags to riches on a broad basis. I have talked to several who are frustrated that only the top 3% of people ever do anything with the material they provide.
97% of people aren’t really getting it. They remain hopeful, but hope is not a strategy. When it comes to self-improvement I can tell you that it never happens in isolation. It rarely happens as a result of attending a workshop, seminar or webinar. Most self-help seminars, meetings, workshops, etc., are what I like to call “discreet and disconnected acts of improvement.” It’s time to get real!
The only real way to improve you, your business, and your career is to be engaged in ongoing, job and work embedded meaningful development that can only be found in a mastermind group. I’m not talking occasionally, or even monthly. I’m talking weekly involvement with an hour of intentional mastermind time along with accountability partners keep you fully engaged in working on the right work, over the right period of time, and for the right purpose.
MasterMind To Personal Power does what I have dreamed of my entire career. You see, I have been an educator for 30 years. I have researched education practice, theory, and reality. I know that what you were taught in school didn’t prepare you entirely for the economic realities of today. I also know that people have never been taught the right way to become involved in a MasterMind group. Understanding the science of consciousness, the science of how the brain works, the importance of the subconscious mind, and the power behind positive thought and supportive friends is what Andrew Carnegie discovered and had Napoleon Hill research and write about.
As a coach and consultant you are struggling getting enough clients on your schedule to get your business off the ground or to even keep it open. The very people you want to help and need your help the most are the ones who can’t afford it. You may have even tried doing mastermind groups but found them to be effective, but short lived. It makes sense to give people a lower cost way to receive coaching and do it in groups so that it becomes cost effective for you. But, they don’t stay. Why?
There’s no real incentive to stay. Yes, they may make some small incremental improvements but they don’t stay. There’s no reason for them to remain. The mastermind falls apart.
